  • Anyone age 6 months** and older is eligible for a COVID-19 vaccination. 
  • Anyone age 5 and older is eligible for a omicron (bivalent) booster* if it has been at least two months after completion of the primary PFIZER, MODERNA, JANSSEN (J&J) or NOVAVAX COVID-19 vaccine series or two months after you have received the most recent COVID-19 booster. 
  • If you recently had COVID, have completed the isolation criteria and symptoms have resolved you are also eligible

*If you are seeking your booster dose, please remember to bring your vaccine card. 

**If you are seeking the pediatric COVID-19 vaccine for children ages 6 months - 4 years, please call your primary care provider.
